About this event

A friendly swim session for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility.
