A relaxed postnatal Pilates and strengthening class designed to help you move, strengthen and feel good in your body again, without needing to leave baby at home. Babies in carriers or car seats are very welcome, and there’s space for little ones who fancy being on the mat with some toys or having a go at tummy time.
