About this event
This is a Falls Management Exercise Programme based on the nationally recognised FaME programme. Ideally suited to seniors / over 50 who have recently suffered a fall or are unsteady on their feet. This is a 24 week programme designed to improve mobility, stability and balance. The programme has been refunded by the Northfield NNS / Birmingham City Council.
