A FREE walking group in Chelmsford town centre. Meeting every Friday 12pm at Bootmakers, Moulsham Street. 30 minute walk (40mins max). Fairly leisurely paced, and the pace of the walk is determined by the group and is more a walk and talk activity then an intense workout.
