About this event
A mixture of creative flowing movements and opportunities for mindfulness in our still poses. The practice will begin lying or seated to allow time to arrive on our mats and bring our focus out of our minds and into our bodies and our breath. Following this I will take us through a variety of seated, lying and standing poses combining our breath with our movement. Some poses will flow from one to At Shepton Beauchamp Village Hall Shepton Beauchamp Ilminster TA19 0LF. Check times and book with Bookwhen before you go.
