Sport in Mind are delighted to present this free, welcoming and supportive badminton session at Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, CF11 9SW, every Tuesday at 12-1pm. This session is open to anyone 17 years or older who is experiencing low mood, stress, social isolation or a mental health problem.
