Sport in Mind are delighted to present this free, welcoming and supportive badminton session at The Winchester Lido every Thursday at 2-3pm. This session is open to anyone 17 years or older who is experiencing low mood, stress, social isolation or a mental health problem. It is free to attend, open to all abilities and all equipment is provided!
