A gentle therapeutic class designed to still the mind, release tension in the body, and bring balance back to the nervous system leaving you feeling both calm and energised. The classes work on the subtle mind body connection and include breath work (pranayama) and a variety of poses (asanas) to increase mobility, flexibility and strength, reduce stress and improve sleep.
