Yin Yoga runs each Thursday evening, 6-7pm at Brandon Day Centre. This gentle, floor-based practice uses longer holds to stretch muscles and fascia, easing tightness and helping you slow down. Many people find it improves flexibility, releases tension, and leaves them calmer in body and mind. All levels welcome.
